Role and Responsibilities

  • Handling the responsibilities of store.
  • Responsible for retail turnover
  • Meeting sales targets of the shop & brands
  • Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation & upkeep
  • Managing stocks in the location, determining effective ways of liquidating ageing stocks & minimizing loss of inventory
  • Maintaining customers relationships & high standards in customer service / handling customer complaints
