R&B superstar Kelly Rowland meets fans and customers at Hour Choice store in Mall of The Emirates.

Kelly Rowland is in Dubai in her role as a TW Steel brand ambassador one of the watch brands that Rivoli sells at its Hour Choice outlets across the UAE.
