Responsible for the management of the assigned ‘Prestige’ brand portfolio. Key focus area will be marketing activations to drive sales and creative direct interventions in high end events and relationship building with high-profile customers.  This job involves out of the box thinking, strategizing and planning.

Job Description

  • Managing the overall responsibility of designated prestige brands portfolio
  • Focussing on marketing (ATL/BTL) activations of the portfolio, to drive sales
  • Achieving sales targets across brands and defined geographical coverage

  • Tracking sales and developing contingency plans to cover up shortfalls in budget

  • Ordering merchandise based on sales forecast on annual/monthly basis

  • Managing stock and ensuring appropriate stock to sales ratio and ideal stock

  • Handling pricing and merchandising of stocks of designated brands

  • Rolling out brand wise promotions

  • Liaising with Brand Principals for product updates, new collections, merchandising tools and ordering

  • Monitoring market intelligence and suggesting appropriate sales strategies

  • Participating in brand marketing activities involving events, campaigns and PR for each brand

  • Developing direct sales channels such such as wedding planners, VIP customers, to name a few


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management or associated streams

  • 6 -10 years of experience in brand management roles, preferably in a luxury / retail background, with an excellent network
  • Arabic language proficiency is mandatory for this role. French language skills is desirable.
  • Social with polished communication, fine grooming and etiquette
  • Result oriented and a go-getter, energized by an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Enthusiastic, agile and well aware of trends
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills 
  • Well versed with computers, digital, social media and related technology
