Our commitment is to provide a world class service right here in this region and our team of courteous customer care professionals are dedicated to handle all types of communication quickly and accurately throughout the process of complaint, repair and maintenance.
Our authorised service centre is a proficiently designed state of the art workshop which houses over 100 staff.
The facility provides a complete range of repair services supported by a large spare parts bank and logistics team with comprehensive data processing capabilities. The service centre has been rated as the biggest and best such facility in the region by many Swiss watch professionals who have been regularly visiting as part of their ongoing cooperation to constantly improve and upgrade the operation.
