The Job

Responsible for developing and managing a customer centric-CRM approach for the group by building, deploying and scheduling transactional, promo/non promo and automated campaigns.

Job Description:

  • Creating  promo/non promo email & SMS across multiple concepts and territories.
  •  Developing and testing of customer segmentation, content, automated, trigger based and promotional campaigns across multiple brands and territories in order to increase conversion and customer lifetime value.
  • Ensuring  email campaigns are fully optimized for all devices and email clients, following the industry best practice.
  • Working closely with the Group Marketing Manager on the CRM subscriber growth strategy and developing a loyalty program, adhering to groups requirements.
  • Quality checks on campaigns, proofreading them for clarity, grammar and spelling. Copywriting when required.
  • Maintaining database and making sure that segments are up to date before deploying any campaign.
  • Developing, executing  and tracking the efficiency of AB tests and multivariant testing across campaigns and providing key areas of improvement on how to optimize communications by concept.
  • Reporting and making recommendations on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Acting as data steward and protect database as per GDPR
  • Aligning with marketing manager to develop a monthly outreach calendar for all concepts.
  • Identifying new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new tools, and ensure we are in the forefront of industry technology developments & trends
  • Working with marketing executives & graphic designer to ensure effective delivery of campaign briefs.


  • Degree in marketing or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of CRM experience, ideally in a fast-paced reactive retail environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with marketing platforms and tools including Sales Force marketing automation and Google Analytics
  • HTML, CSS knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fast learner and – ability  to work independently
  • Good verbal and written communication
