Over the years our aim has been to become the leading luxury lifestyle retailer in the region and my team of 1,600 staff and I remain committed to fulfilling this mission.

The COVID 19 pandemic has caused monumental changes to the world we live in and we have worked hard to transform the way we operate to better serve all our stakeholders. Our renewed focus on our online retail business whilst continuing to expand our stores, demonstrates our commitment to our customers and our resilience in times of change. We continue to strive to provide our customers with the finest products and services across our line of watches, eyewear, accessories and leather goods whilst at the same time ensuring the safety of our customers and staff.

We also recognize the shift in work/life landscapes and the need for a focus on health. With that in mind, our recent initiative to launch ‘Rivoli Vision’ as our dedicated eyewear division will ensure we continue to provide the best in vision care to our discerning clients.

At Rivoli Group we take our corporate social responsibility very seriously and have been involved in local and international initiatives. Examples include our #VisionCareForHeroes initiative for frontline workers in the UAE, Qatar, Oman & Bahrain during the COVID 19 pandemic through our partnership with the Frontline Heroes Office or our recent association with the office of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi with the REACH program to eradicate River Blindness globally.

Our successful collaboration with EXPO 2020 being the official timekeeper as part of the SWATCH Group, and with the completion of a fruitful Year of UAE’s 50th celebrations, it gives me great pleasure to be a part of an organization that is agile and remains at the forefront of innovative luxury retail solutions in this dynamic and wonderful country that is my home.
