Performing a variety of HR operational and administrative duties on time including but not limited to new-hire joining formalities, keeping track of employees’ records, processing performance management, leave, benefits, separation and reports. Address standard employee queries and requests. Participating actively in all HR initiatives or projects.
Supporting the recruitment process by preparing and recording offers
Performing orientations, onboarding and updating records with new hires
Processing of employee confirmations/ promotions/ transfers
Bachelor in Business Administration or relevant field in the Human Resources
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
