Job Description
- Overseeing all the aspects of the Retail store
- Meeting sales targets of the store and brands
- Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and upkeep
- Maintaining customers relationships & high standards in customer service / handling customer complaints
- Maintaining awareness of market trends, monitoring local competitors & customer patterns
- Managing & motivating the sales team to ensure increased sales & efficiency Ensuring team are well presented & in full uniform
- Communicating & upholding all company policies, rules & procedures Ensuring proper cash management at the store
- Preparing monthly reports, as required by the management Coordinating with Mall Management
- On the floor training & providing support to sales associates & senior sales associates
Profile
- Experience in an Optical/Eye-wear Business
- Thorough knowledge of feature & benefits of products & brands in the store
- Understanding of competing brands & prices
- Excellent role model & effective communicator
- Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
- Good selling skills
- Strong team building & staff development skills
- Good personality & immaculately groomed
- Basic numerical ability & IT skills
