Coordinating the retail store requirements; handling a team of inter-location messengers and visual merchandising.
Retail Operations
Verifying Petty Cash Statements, getting approvals and sending to the respective accounts team
Preparing approval sheets for processing traveling allowance for selected stores on a monthly basis
Processing data from SAP and preparing analytics reports for the Rivoli Operations team
Arranging name badges, shop stamps, business cards, R-elements etc.
Arranging stock transfers
Contacting E-Commerce customers – assigning orders to messengers
Arranging urgent transfers
Hosting messenger meetings
Submitting E-Commerce COD to accounts
Sending order updates/order acknowledgement to the E-Commerce and the Warehouse team
Checking time sheet – to ensure all deliveries are done and file the timesheets for easy access
Handling peformance appraisals, hub approvals, cash payment voucher approvals etc. for messengers
Visual Merchandising
Liaising with Brand/Marketing teams
Getting quotations from vendors, checking and approving best options
Consolidating invoices and summary sheets to be prepared for approvals
Coordinating with shop teams to obtain permits for installation
Ensuring the timely installation and removal of the visuals
Developing new potential suppliers
At least 2-3 years of experience in Retail sales/Operations
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Well presented, innovative and self-driven personality
Good organizing, problem-solving skills and a quick learner
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.
Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines
Candidates with UAE Driving License preferred
