Job Description

  • Designing/coordinating and managing fit out for Rivoli Group projects
  • Coordinating with mall management for all approvals till completion (knowledge of-mall guidelines is required)
  • Coordinating with Brand principals for mono brand boutiques
  • Coordinating with contractors to finalize the detailed drawings and MEP services (Knowledge of MEP services is required)
  • Coordinating with the contractors /consultants  
  • Making LPO and ordering materials for projects
  • Coordinating with separate contractors /suppliers
  • Following up on payments 
  • Coordinating with the finance and the logistics team for on-time project delivery
  • Coordinating with Operations team to address maintenance issues in shops
  • Documenting and filing of ‘As Built’
  • Checking the final scope /job sheet before the final payment to the contractors

 

profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Architecture
  • Minimum 4years of experience in Retail, preferably in Large Format concepts/ luxury concepts
  • Expertise in making concept design and 3D models of store, Kiosks and Pop-up’s
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Functional knowledge of CAD, Sketch up and Photoshop
  • Technical knowledge of civil, MEP and joinery designs and drawings.
  • Has to have working knowledge of raw material usage, pricing and sourcing
  • Knowledge of making bill of quantities and tender finalization based on the final design
