The Job
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the design development and end-to-end delivery of Rivoli Group’s projects, including mono-brand boutiques and multi-brand stores. The role requires a strong design sensibility, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to manage complex fit-out projects while ensuring alignment with global brand standards, mall regulations, budgets, and timelines.
Job Description
Design Ownership

Design development and fit-out of retail projects from concept through completion

Ensure all designs align with global brand guidelines, local regulations, and Rivoli Group’s quality standards

Review and develop detailed design, shop drawings, finishes, and specifications with a strong focus on aesthetics, functionality, and detailing
Project Management & Delivery

Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination

Liaise with mall management authorities to obtain all required design, authority, and fit-out approvals through to handover

Oversee contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Coordinate detailed drawings, MEP services, and site execution, ensuring full integration between design intent and technical implementation

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to approved designs
Technical Coordination

Review and coordinate architectural, MEP, and specialist drawings to ensure technical accuracy and constructability

Resolve design and site-related issues efficiently while maintaining design integrity

Ensure compliance with mall guidelines, local authority regulations, and brand requirements

Commercial & Operational Alignment

Prepare LPOs, manage material selections, and coordinate procurement in line with project timelines

Track project costs, variations, and payments, ensuring alignment with approved budgets

Review final scopes, job sheets, and completion documentation
Post-Completion & Documentation

Oversee snagging, handover, and project close-out processes

Compile, review, and maintain complete ‘As-Built’ drawings and project documentation

Coordinate with internal teams to address post-handover maintenance, defects, and improvement requirements
profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Architecture
- Minimum 4years of experience in Retail, preferably in Large Format concepts/ luxury concepts
- Expertise in making concept design and 3D models of store, Kiosks and Pop-up’s
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Functional knowledge of CAD, Sketch up and Photoshop
- Technical knowledge of civil, MEP and joinery designs and drawings.
- Has to have working knowledge of raw material usage, pricing and sourcing
- Knowledge of making bill of quantities and tender finalization based on the final design
