Job Description
HRMS Administration
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all HRMS-related activities
- Managing day-to-day system operations including employee data updates, org structure changes, and access controls
- Ensuring data accuracy, system (user) security, and compliance with internal HR processes
- Performing routine audits to validate and maintain system integrity
- Coordinating and following up with the HRMS vendor for issue resolution, configuration changes, and updates
- Monitoring system performance and escalate technical issues as needed
Systems Enhancement & Support
- Supporting the configuration and rollout of new HRMS modules as per business needs
- Working closely with HR and IT teams to gather system requirements and implement changes
- Creating and maintaining user documentation and training materials for HRMS usage
- Providing first-line support and training to HR users on system functionality
Process Automation & Optimization
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and automating manual HR tasks through system functionality
- Testing and implementing approved enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing HR operations
Data Analytics
- Developing and generating HR dashboards, reports, and MIS to support management decisions
- Analyzing trends related to attrition, headcount, attendance, and other key HR metrics
- Providing insights and reports for audits, compliance, and internal reviews
profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRMS administration or HR technology role
- Proven expertise with HRMS platforms such as PeopleStrong, Darwinbox, Successfactors, or similar
- Strong understanding of core HR processes such as employee life cycle management
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience working with HRMS vendors and managing ticket-based support is a plus
