Responsible for providing administrative support to the executive in a professional and timely manner
Job Description
- Budgeting, ordering and replenishing uniform and accessories as per the requirement
- Meeting vendors and negotiating rates (stitching, material and accessories supply)
- Checking and approving invoices pertaining to Admin related purchases or services
- Issuing uniform to retail and support staff on time
- Ensuring maintenance and timely cleaning of stores
- Arranging pest control for Head office and stores
- Supplying cleaning items to the stores
- Managing support staff rosters
- Preparing monthly transport, food allowances and holiday payouts report
- Administering passport release process
- Managing Dubai civil defense new connections, renewals and AMCs for stores
- Managing landline, postpaid phone and Internet connection for Head office and stores
- Managing fuel cards, corporate cards, salik for staff
- Managing new vehicle purchase, registration renewals, repair and services
- Managing DEWA connections, cancellation request etc.
- Managing medical insurance for the Group
- Arranging hotel room booking for new joiners
- Managing staff air ticket reimbursement process
Profile

Bachelors’ in Business Administration

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in administrative role

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Ability to work under pressure and keep timelines
