Primary role will be to manage the entire Eyewear E-commerce business end-to-end.
Job Description:
Researching constantly on the global E-commerce portals, identifying best practices and relaying the same to the senior management in a timely manner
Handling the E-commerce portal content plan and addition of new products as per launch cycles and new categories
Formulating a well thought through E-commerce planogram (product/campaign/promotion focus) on an annual basis with confirmed activities for the upcoming 3 months
Liaising end-to-end for local photoshoot and also with third party external vendors
Managing and merchandizing of inventory and demand planning based on data analysis on the Rivoli Vision E-commerce portal
Creating and launching promotional activities at the item-level and deciding the appropriate item/brand strategy
Creating, building and maintaining recurring selection metrics and reports
Defining, measuring and tracking success of feature launches and new initiatives
Identifying key areas for improvements such as audience, acquisition, behavior, and conversions
Monitoring and analyzing E-commerce metrics and figures, transforming E-commerce data into actionable insights
Looking for patterns among buyers and non-buyers and spot opportunities or problems
Identifying areas of opportunity for automation
Using digital performance metrics to influence UX design change requests
Managing and refining all digital ROI and KPI goals and monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
Producing weekly and monthly website and digital product reports and presentations on a routine basis
Preparing various adhoc reports for multiple brands, categories and analyzing performance
Generating online sales reports, analyzing trends in customer purchases, and evaluating changes in the online retail market
Analyzing digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization and ad campaigns
Profile:
Graduate or Post Graduate with at least 2-3 years of relevant E-commerce experience
Good understanding of the E-commerce Content Management System (CMS) and Order Management System (OMS), having led a team with the same experience is a plus
Familiarity of SEO and optimization rankings
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, result-driven and good presentation
Hardworking with initiative and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
