The Job

The purpose of the role is to develop and manage the Digital, Offline Marketing, CRM activities and external stakeholder partnerships for Rivoli Vision.

Job Description

  • Working closely with the team lead and the management in developing/designing marketing strategies and implementing marketing campaigns
  • Planning and managing the Watch division social media platforms, including community management
  • Monitoring and managing the Group social media and web analytics and develop insightful reports for internal teams
  • Working closely with the team in developing and executing timely CRM led activations/communications
  • Exploring new and creative ways constantly to drive more traffic to the ecommerce sites
  • Working closely with the brand, marketing and graphic designing teams to deliver advertising and creative requirements for e-commerce and store promotions/activities
  • Managing the brand content on the Eyewear sites, Group site and working with the marketing team to constantly update with latest topics
  • Executing ongoing digital health checks for Group’s social media, online mediums and conducting an internal audit for our channels on a quarterly basis
  • Assisting in developing brand marketing calendars in line with business/brand plans
  • Compiling reports received from social media monitoring tool and providing recommendations to enhance future campaigns
  • Staying on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in the industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)
  • Managing and monitoring influencer marketing initiatives regionally
  • Executing any other functional duties as and when required by the team lead


  • MBA/MIB/BSc/BA in Marketing/Digital Marketing or a relevant field
  • At least 7-9 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Certified in Digital Marketing, SEO & CRM courses
  • Expertise with SEO and analytical tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, SEMrush etc.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices
  • Very current and updated in the world of digital marketing
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a team player, a lateral thinker & able to work well under pressure
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Preferably with a retail or an advertising agency background servicing luxury and fashion brands
  • Valid UAE Driving License
