The Job

The purpose of the role is to develop and manage the Digital, Offline Marketing, CRM activities and external stakeholder partnerships for Rivoli Vision.

Job Description

  • Working closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager and the business unit in identifying areas and opportunities that require marketing support to improve the business performance thereof
  • Working with the marcom and media buying agency in developing and implementing campaigns
  • Working closely with the business/operations team in identifying areas and opportunities to develop and implement suitable CRM strategies through data analytics
  • Identifying partnership opportunities with malls, associations and communities to increase the visibility of Rivoli Vision concept stores
  • Developing and implementing a suitable CRM strategy for the Eyewear division, with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of ‘customer centric’ business approach
  • Assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of the media deployment through customer surveys and internal stakeholder engagements
  • Planning and managing the Eyewear division social media platforms, including community management inhouse. Developing monthly social media and CRM calendars as a result of understanding the business expectations and proactively suggesting ideas
  • Working closely with the Ecommerce team in moderating the creative asset requirements and ensuring necessary digital marketing support for the online campaigns
  • Exploring new and creative ways constantly to drive more traffic to the e-commerce sites
  • Working closely with the Brand, Marketing and Graphic design teams to deliver advertising and creative requirements for e-commerce and store promotions/activities

  • Monitoring and ensuring all the content related to Rivoli Vision concepts are up to date on all digital platforms (including external mall websites)  
  • Executing ongoing digital health checks for the Group’s social media, online mediums and conducting internal audit for our channels on a quarterly basis
  • Compiling reports received from social media monitoring tools and providing recommendations to enhance future campaigns

  • Executing any other functional duties as and when required by the team lead

Profile

  • MBA/MIB in Marketing/Digital marketing or relevant fields
  • Proven Marketing experience of at least 5-7 years, preferably with a Retail or an Advertising agency background, servicing luxury and fashion brands
  • Very current and updated in the world of marketing
  • Clear understanding of customer centric business approach, strong understanding of CRM best practices

  • Working knowledge of Sales Force Marketing Cloud module will be an advantage
  • Creative mind with excellent analytical abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • Must be a team player, a lateral thinker and able to work well under pressure
  • Possess valid UAE Driving License
