Marketing Coordinator

Supporting the marketing team in coordinating campaigns, managing content and creative assets, handling admin tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of both offline and digital marketing activities.

Job Description

  • Providing administrative support for the entire marketing department across both offline and online disciplines
  • Managing invoicing, filing, and tracking of payments routed through the marketing team
  • Assisting in content creation with a focus on strong copywriting skills and strong proficiency in English
  • Managing the repository of creative, brand, and product assets
  • Facilitating the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and ensuring timely delivery to brand and operational teams, partners, external agencies, and vendors
  • Maintaining an up-to-date calendar of marketing activities, brand and product campaigns, promotional events, and store openings or closures
  • Monitoring marketing-related correspondence, responding to general inquiries from the public, and redirecting them to the appropriate team members while ensuring effective end-to-end management and updates
  • Supporting the digital marketing team by uploading and managing content across social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns

profile

  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably from a Retail Industry background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with social media and digital platforms
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
