Job Description
- Providing administrative support for the entire marketing department across both offline and online disciplines
- Managing invoicing, filing, and tracking of payments routed through the marketing team
- Assisting in content creation with a focus on strong copywriting skills and strong proficiency in English
- Managing the repository of creative, brand, and product assets
- Facilitating the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and ensuring timely delivery to brand and operational teams, partners, external agencies, and vendors
- Maintaining an up-to-date calendar of marketing activities, brand and product campaigns, promotional events, and store openings or closures
- Monitoring marketing-related correspondence, responding to general inquiries from the public, and redirecting them to the appropriate team members while ensuring effective end-to-end management and updates
- Supporting the digital marketing team by uploading and managing content across social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns
profile
- BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably from a Retail Industry background
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiar with social media and digital platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
