E-Commerce Analyst
Job Description:
- Generating online sales reports, analyzing trends in customer purchases and evaluating changes in the online retail market
- Creating, building and maintaining recurring selection metrics and reports
- Defining, measuring and tracking success of feature launches and new initiatives
- Identifying key areas for improvements, such as audience, acquisition, behavior and conversions
- Monitoring and analyzing e-commerce metrics and figures. Transforming e-commerce data into actionable insights
- Looking for patterns among buyers and non-buyers and spot opportunities or problems
- Preparing various ad hoc reports for multiple brands, categories and analyze performance
- Familiarity of SEO and optimization rankings
- Directly managing all reporting for performance metrics and provide timely and actionable steps
- Managing and refining all digital ROI and KPI goals and monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
- Producing weekly and monthly website and digital product reports and presentations on a routine basis
- Analyzing digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization and ad campaigns
- Identifying areas of opportunity for automation
- Use digital performance metrics to influence UX design change requests
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital economies and e-commerce
- In-depth understanding of web-analytic tools, such as Google Analytics, salesforce etc.
- Highly organized, analytical, and technical-minded.
- Proficient in various data analysis techniques and procedures.
- Able to orient data analytics insights with the end-user in mind
