Managing the front office – phone calls, correspondence etc.
Receiving, dispatching and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Handling daily administrative tasks
Assisting teams with any other support as and when required
Coordinating external vendors, checking invoices / contracts and maintaining the tracker of the same
Arabic language proficiency is required
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Should have excellent personality and must be immaculately groomed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office
Must have at least 2 years of experience in handling a front office/receptionist role
