The Assistant Manager - Trade Marketing, will play a key role in strengthening the brands presence within Retail channels by ensuring consistent and attractive product presentations at points of sale.
Job Description
- Managing and overseeing brand presentation across Retail channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and local market needs
- Conducting frequent on-site visits at POS locations locally and regionally to monitor and support brand execution
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive marketing calendar, both annual and customized for retail partners, aligned with business objectives and partner strategies
- Leading in-store visual merchandising initiatives and seasonal window campaigns to maintain brand consistency
- Collaborating with the Sales Team to develop permanent visibility solutions that enhance brand presence
- Managing the trade marketing budget and coordinate with suppliers for production, delivery, and installation of marketing materials
- Working closely with internal teams and brand principals to ensure cohesive execution of marketing plans
- Supporting product development forecasts and assist with ad hoc projects as needed
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, principals, suppliers, and agencies
- Overseeing warehousing and distribution of POS materials
- Assisting the Sales team on various projects, ensuring timely delivery and reporting of marketing activities
profile
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Marketing, Brand Management or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in Retail or Trade Marketing, preferably in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
- Strong marketing and sales knowledge focused on brand building and commercial relevance
- Creative and innovative thinker with experience managing creative and production agencies
- Skilled in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Outlook and Word (basic), PowerPoint and Excel (advanced)
- Detail-oriented, proactive and dynamic
- Strong organizing and planning skills
- UAE driving license is a plus
