The Senior Manager – Marketing & E- Commerce is responsible for the end-to-end execution, integration, and performance management of the Group’s omni-channel marketing and e-commerce function.
The role works alongside established specialist managers across digital performance, e-commerce tech and offline marketing & PR and has been created to integrate these capabilities, further strengthen cross functional alignment and scale execution as the business continues to grow.
The Senior Manager owns the translation of strategy into actionable plans, disciplined execution, performance tracking and outcomes, working closely with specialist managers across the function to ensure consistent, efficient and measurable delivery.
Job Description
1. E-commerce P&L & Commercial Performance
- Own delivery of e-commerce revenue, profitability, and growth targets
- Develop marketplace business across the gulf and Indian subcontinent
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI across marketing and commerce initiatives
- Drive traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, and CLV
- Provide structured performance updates to senior leadership
2. Integrated Marketing Execution (Digital, Offline & CRM)
- Lead integrated marketing execution across digital, offline, and CRM
- Govern marketing calendars aligned to brand and commercial priorities
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints
- Oversee influencer, content, PR, and Mall community initiatives
3. Performance Marketing & Growth
- Oversee paid media, SEO, SEM, affiliates, and retargeting
- Drive optimisation through testing, insights, and benchmarking
- Balance performance growth with brand equity in a luxury retail context
4. E-commerce Technology, CX & MarTech
- Own execution of the digital CX and MarTech roadmap
- Govern site search, personalization, on-site merchandising, CRM, CDP, and loyalty (in future as required)
- Ensure strong integration between CX, backend systems, and marketing platforms
- Champion experimentation, problem solving and scalable automation
5. Analytics & Decision Making
- Define and track unified KPIs across marketing and e-commerce
- Translate data into actionable insights
- Build a test-and-learn, performance-driven culture
profile
- 10–12 years of experience in marketing and e-commerce within retail
- Strong commercial, analytical, and leadership capabilities
- Strong preference for luxury, fashion, watches, jewellery, or lifestyle brands
- Proven ownership of e-commerce P&L
- Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
