The incumbent will be responsible for executing group-wide marketing and brand design initiatives. This role involves hands-on delivery of graphic design outputs in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and requires strong proficiency with AI-powered creative tools. The incumbent will handle rapid design turnarounds, support ongoing experimentation with new tools and approaches, and contribute to continuous learning and improvement across the group’s creative efforts.
Job Description
- Design and resize creatives across digital platforms including social media, e-commerce, websites, and emailers
- Create video and edits for digital platforms
- Use AI tools to speed up ideation, execution, and creative variations
- Generate visual concepts, mockups, backgrounds, and video assets using AI
- Support multiple brands while maintaining brand consistency
- Adapt and localize creatives quickly based on feedback
- Coordinate closely with marketing, digital, and e-commerce teams
- Stay current with design trends, AI tools, and platform formats

Required Skills and Tools
Core Design Skills:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (basic to intermediate)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color
- Ability to work fast without compromising quality
AI & Modern Creative Tools:
- Midjourney / DALL·E / Firefly / Leonardo or equivalent
- Runway / Pika / CapCut AI / Descript
- Canva AI / Adobe Firefly
- ChatGPT or similar tools for ideation and content assistance
Other requirements:
- Proven graphic designing experience, minimum 5 years’ overall experience (and with AI tools for a min of 6-12 months)
- Certification on AI tools would be added advantage.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
