The Management Trainee will support the Trade Marketing team in strengthening the brand’s presence within retail channels by assisting in the planning and execution of in-store visibility, merchandising, and promotional activities at points of sales for the Eyewear category.
Job Description
- Monitoring brand presentation in stores and help ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Conducting regular store visits to check execution, take photos, gather feedback, and prepare visit reports
- Updating the trade marketing calendar and track promotions, launches, and key retail activities
- Assist with in-store visual merchandising, window setups, and seasonal campaigns by coordinating materials and approvals
- Coordinating follow-ups with Sales, suppliers, and agencies on POS materials, deliveries, and installation needs
- Maintain trackers for POS materials, inventories, and spend, and support with GR/PO summaries where needed
- Preparing reports and presentations (photos, sales snapshots, post-activity recaps) using Excel and PowerPoint.
