Responsible for developing and managing the e-commerce, Digital and Online marketing activities of the group.
Job Description:
Planning, implementing and monitoring online marketing campaigns across all digital networks
Planning and managing the Group social media platforms
Monitoring and managing the community communication in the digital space
Working closely with the Brand, Marketing and Graphic Design Teams to deliver advertising and creative requirements for e-commerce site exclusives, product launches, promotions, product pages and more
Managing the brand content on the Group site, Eyewear site and working to enhance the site’s ranking on the search engine through SEO – on-page and off-page optimization and also through link building
Evaluating and recommending changes to the website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for targeted keywords
Staying current with new Digital Marketing venues and using those as part of the overall marketing strategy
Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with the customers
Executing ongoing digital health checks for Group’s online mediums and conducting an internal audit for our channels quarterly
Drafting Brand marketing calendars in line with business/brand plans and managing budget trackers for e-commerce and digital
Compiling reports received from social media monitoring tool and providing recommendations to enhance future campaigns
Handling online PR with external stakeholders
Managing and monitoring influencer marketing initiatives regionally – based on brand, category and Group’s interest
Developing important guidelines of each digital medium for internal and external (Brand HQ) circulation to be followed
Managing paid digital marketing mediums – re-targeting, social media, programmatic, prospecting, PPC, affiliates, etc. compared to the competition locally and globally to ensure a proven growth for each channel
Reporting quarterly digital performance of the group’s initiatives to the top management
Driving the e-commerce business through performance marketing to result in an incremental ROI
Working closely with the CRM team to execute emailers for the group digital communication
Executing any other functional duties as and when required
Profile:
Expert level proficiency in SEO
Excellent understanding of Digital Marketing technogy space and best practices
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have skills and experience in creative content writing
Preferably from a Retail or Advertising Agency background, servicing Luxury and Fashion brands
Experience in B2C Social Media, Google AdWords, Display, Programmatic advertising, CRM initiatives, On site marketing, SEM and other Digital tools
Expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.)
Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
Team player and a lateral thinker
Valid UAE Driving License
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or a relevant field
Certification in Digital Marketing (SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Social Media etc.)
Proven experience in Digital Marketing with minimum 7-10 years of Regional experience, covering markets including UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar
