The Management Trainee will support the sales, merchandising, and distribution activities for the Eyewear category across the GCC region and Egypt. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to regional sales operations, client coordination, merchandising execution, and market analysis, helping the trainee build foundational expertise within the Eyewear distribution function.
Job Description
Sales & Business Development Support
- Assisting the team in implementing sales plans and business development initiatives to meet regional objectives
- Conducting basic market research and gathering competitive insights to help identify new opportunities
- Supporting preliminary evaluation of potential retail locations or partners aligned with brand positioning
Client & Partner Coordination
- Coordinating with retail partners under guidance to ensure product availability and brand standards
- Supporting communication with clients regarding orders, stock requirements, and follow-up tasks
Merchandising & Distribution Assistance
- Helping track stock levels and assisting the team in managing replenishment requests
- Supporting merchandising activities and ensuring displays follow brand guidelines
- Assisting in organizing in-store visibility initiatives and promotional setups
Reporting & Documentation
- Preparing sales reports, product performance summaries, and market feedback
- Maintaining documentation related to distribution activities, partner updates, and store visits
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Working with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to help execute sales and distribution tasks smoothly
- Participating in retail staff training sessions to develop product and brand knowledge
Field Learning & Exposure
- Participating in regional field store visits, partner meetings, and market follow-ups to gain hands-on exposure
