The job

The POS Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the Point of Sale (POS) system across all watch boutiques and retail outlets. The role ensures smooth billing operations, accurate pricing, promotions, customer service processes, and seamless integration with ERP systems.

Job Description

  • Managing day-to-day POS operations across all boutiques and stores
  • Managing data flow from POS to Head Office and from Head Office to POS through Data Directors
  • Monitoring scheduled automated jobs running on the server and troubleshooting any issues
  • Preparing and configuring POS systems for new store openings
  • Ensuring compliance with brand standards, audit controls, and data security policies

PROFILE

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics NAV / LS Retail, preferably within the retail industry
  • Excellent knowledge of LS Retail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of multitasking with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service orientation and team focus
