The Senior Associate – Marketing supports the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across offline media, mall collaborations, partnerships, PR, events, and creative coordination for the Group’s retail concepts.
This role ensures campaigns are strategically aligned, operationally seamless, creatively consistent, and performance-driven across all operating regions. The position requires a highly organized, commercially aware, and execution-focused marketing professional with a strong understanding of retail marketing dynamics in the UAE.
Job Description
1. Strategy & Creative Coordination
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and SBUs to identify customer engagement and brand-building opportunities aligned with commercial objectives
- Contribute to campaign ideation through customer insights, retail trends, and performance learnings
- Develop structured briefs for creative agencies and oversee timely delivery of assets
- Create mood boards and provide direction to in-house design teams where required
- Coordinate artwork approvals with brand principals and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
- Support planning and execution of photoshoots and campaign content development
- Ensure creative consistency across offline, digital, CRM, and partnership platforms
2. Offline Media Planning & Execution
- Prepare detailed agency briefs for OOH, transit media, print, and radio campaigns including objectives, timelines, target audience, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain annual/quarterly calendars for OOH and radio media placements
- Track all OOH contracts (short-term and annual) with proper documentation and structured repositories
- Coordinate timely changeovers of OOH campaign artwork with vendors
- Collect proof-of-display documentation and ensure SLA compliance
- Oversee annual print insertions, coordinate artwork sourcing with brand principals, to obtain approved artwork and ensure timely submission to media partners
- Coordinating execution of the annual radio media plan, including briefing brand teams, liaising with media agencies for script development and production, and ensuring timely submission of approved audio files
- Ensure inclusion of Rivoli Group sonic on radio branding and relevant calls-to-action where applicable
3. Events, PR & Activations
- Support end-to-end execution of in-store activations, collection launches, and PR-led initiatives
- Coordinate with agencies, mall marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Assist in managing raffle mechanics, prize approvals, winner communication, and reconciliation with Finance
- Support bespoke offline campaigns across all operating regions
4. Partnerships & Mall Marketing
- Track annual mall marketing calendars to identify collaboration opportunities
- Coordinate joint campaigns, social media integrations, and promotional activities with malls
- Ensure brand visibility across mall websites, directories, and promotional platforms
- Conduct periodic visits to key malls to strengthen relationships and support activations
- Monitor external/mall digital platforms to ensure updated and brand-aligned content
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with mall marketing teams and external partners
- Working closely with the marketing manager for external offline partnerships and retail campaigns, including collaborations with Dubai Economy and Tourism and similar regional initiatives
5. CRM & Digital Alignment
Support monthly social media and CRM calendar planning aligned to commercial priorities
Assist in content sourcing for emailers and SMS campaigns
Support online reputation management including monitoring Google Reviews and coordinating responses in line with SOPs
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare structured monthly marketing reports covering offline media, partnerships, malls, and event performance
- Track campaign effectiveness, placement accuracy, engagement indicators, and key observations
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure timely reporting to the Marketing Manager
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration & collaterals
- Work closely with Brand, Operations, E-commerce, Finance, and Design teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
- Manage timelines, documentation, budgets (where applicable), and approvals
- Assist in maintaining and improving brand collaterals (shopping bags, in-store assets, generic GWP’s, POSM, etc.)
- Managing the upkeep, sourcing, reproduction, delivery, and fulfilment of Rivoli Group branded collateral across all brick-and-mortar locations, ensuring quality checks, timely distribution and brand consistency
- Support the Marketing Manager on additional functional responsibilities as required
profile
Experience & Background
- 5 to 7years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or an advertising agency servicing lifestyle/luxury/fashion brands
- Experience in integrated marketing (offline + digital + CRM)
- UAE market exposure preferred
- MBA / MIB in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline (mandatory)
Skills & Competencies
- Highly organized with strong execution discipline and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of offline marketing channels (OOH, transit, print, radio, mall marketing, partnerships)
- Commercially aware with customer-centric marketing mindset
- Analytical with ability to extract insights from performance data
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
- Valid UAE Driving License required
- Arabic language skills would be an advantage
