Barista (Lounge Assistant)

Job Description

• Prepare a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages, including espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, ensuring consistent quality and presentation

• Provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders, offering recommendations, and addressing any questions or special requests with a positive attitude

• Keep the work area, equipment, and utensils clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards

• Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders for supplies as needed, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients

• Work effectively with other Retail store members to ensure smooth operations

• Engage with guests in professional manner, striving to enhance their overall Store experience

• Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with customers
