Job Description

  • Managing the assigned portfolio of brands end to end with a complete understanding of the watches retail business environment
  • Evaluating the brand / product portfolio periodically through a thorough analysis of the brand sales and suggest growth strategies
  • Managing the buying cycle, order placement for brands with an effective management of the OTB (Open-To-Buy)
  • Managing inventory - Ensure the right product is available at the right point of sale at the right time, periodic identification of slow-movers and plans to liquidate the same
  • Ensuring respective brands are merchandised as per guidelines with the stores
  • Working closely with store planograms for all brands within a store
  • Visiting markets constantly to understand the customer needs, competitor analysis, etc.
  • Submitting systematic activity and results reports as requested
  • Planning and executing new product launches
  • Conceptualizing and initiating digital and social media campaigns through working with internal marketing team
  • Developing and planning marketing strategies of the assigned brands
  • Planning and implementing ATL & BTL activities such as promotions, events, point-of-sales marketing, staff incentives, etc.
  • Planning, developing and executing marketing communication promotions and activations
  • Analyzing & improving ROI across all platforms – online (Rivolishop.com & Third-party vendors) and Offline (In-store & Kiosk activations)

PROFILE

  • Master Degree with 3+ years’ experience within the fields of marketing / brand or luxury management / business development / retail management
  • Possess excellent communication skills (internal and external stakeholders) 
  • Past experience dealing with stock management and customer service roles
  • Ability to conduct on-ground training for set of brand portfolios
  • Time-management skills – ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent collaboration & relationship management
  • Skills to develop and execute marketing communication & promotions independently
  • Tech and social media savvy
  • Basic know-how of digital marketing
  • Hardworking with initiative and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. 
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • E-commerce experience is a plus
  • Experience in Merchandising is a plus
  • Fully conversant with MS office applications
  • Should have a UAE Driving License-willing to travel across UAE & GCC (Store visits)
