Job Description:

  • Assisting in formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with the customers
  • Working with the agency and brand teams to supply digital assets based on directives from the Marketing Manager
  • Validating digital creatives in English and Arabic with the agency for all campaigns
  • Assisting the Manager in planning the digital campaigns for the brands and ecommerce
  • Ensuring the digital campaigns are executed as per the planned calendars
  • Assisting in Ecommerce promotional plans and coming up with ideas to enhance the ecommerce site
  • Maintaining regular follow up with agencies for campaign performance reports
  • Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media
  • Following up with brand teams for social media content in line with the monthly calendars
  • Posting/scheduling daily posts/stories on Facebook, YouTube and Instagram handles
  • Posting live updates and stories during events and activations
  • Liaising with Influencer when required
  • Assisting in sourcing content for WeChat account and working with agency on WeChat ad campaigns
  • Creating social media reports by collecting screenshots & stories
  • Compiling reports received from social media monitoring tool and providing recommendations to enhance future campaigns
  • Making sure brand content is up to date on Group site for Luxury watch brands
  • Preparing online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Acquiring insight in online marketing trends and keeping strategies up-to-date
  • Sharing content with malls for their respective websites and monitoring them
  • Collecting content for quarterly internal newsletter
  • Assisting the Manager in creating content in Arabic for websites, social media, newsletters and landing pages
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts

Profile:

  • Excellent communication - English and Arabic
  • BSc/BA in marketing/digital marketing or relevant field
  • Certified in Digital/Social Marketing courses (Google Adwords, Social Media, SEO)
  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role with minimum 4 years’ experience
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • Preferably with agency background servicing luxury and fashion brands
  • Experience in using Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, Display, Programmatic advertising, CRM initiatives, on site marketing, SEO, SEM and other digital tools
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Good time management skills
