The Job

Supporting the Marketing Manager in the execution of both digital and offline Group marketing (ATL & BTL) initiatives, including Group level promotions and brand campaigns across Print, Radio, Outdoor, PR and Events

Job Description:

Planning and Campaign management

  • Drafting Group promotions and brand marketing calendars in line with business/brand plans and maintaining budget trackers under the guidance of the Marketing Manager
  • Organizing ATL and BTL creatives by working with the agency and facilitating the execution of promotional activities (Sales, offers, GWP) for the Group under the guidance of Marketing Manager

  • Executing the content calendar for Rivoli Eyezone Social Media under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and other business stakeholders. Maintaining an active social media channel for Rivoli Eyezone

  • Monitoring Rivoli Eyezone digital campaign performance closely with the agency, sourcing/producing relevant and timely reports and recommending changes to campaign execution based on data insights

  • Working closely with the Brand Managers in sourcing creatives and content for the Group ATL (Print, Outdoor and Radio) advertisements

  • Maintaining the Group outdoor advertising calendar and ensuring timely changeouts for various brands as per the calendar

  • Maintaining the radio advertisement calendar, planning the spot schedule with the radio stations/agency in ensuring that the campaigns go live on time. Working closely with the agency in developing scripts and radio spot content

  • Developing expertise in using the Group Marketing Automation platform and other tools and utilizing them to full potential

  • Executing SMS campaigns for the Group by working with the agency, managing associated CRM for retrieving customer databases as per the briefing document

  • Ensuring all marketing collaterals, website and digital marketing content are thoroughly proofed, adhere to brand guidelines and agreed corporate standards

  • Implementing and leveraging PR based on a calendar for the brands within the Group

  • Executing any other functional duties as and when required

Marketing Execution

  • Working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver all aspects of the marketing communication plan in line with marketing plans to hit agreed KPI's
  • Establishing relationships with and managing strategically, important partners (Malls, media houses, vendors) to ensure maximum exposure at lowest cost to show budget
  • Appointing and managing external suppliers/vendors as required by the Group
  • Archiving and recording print proofs and sharing with Brand HQ on a regular basis
  • Coordinating all necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities for conducting events in malls or in public domains

Profile:

  • Masters in Business Administration in Marketing or other associated streams
  • Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in UAE; background in Advertisement is desirable
  • Must have excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Should have strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Must have strong analytical and numerical skills/aptitude
  • Should have strong attention to detail
  • Should have excellent time management skills and be task oriented
  • Should be autonomous, proactive and have an ability to interact with and co-ordinate between various levels of management
  • Must be a team player and a lateral thinker
  • Should have a valid UAE Driving License
