Manager - Trade Marketing

The Trade Marketing Manager will take full ownership of the trade marketing strategy and execution across all retail channels within the GCC and Middle-East region. This role is critical in strengthening brand equity at the point of sale, optimizing in-store visibility, and driving consumer engagement and sell-through. Responsibilities include leading the planning, execution, and performance evaluation of all trade marketing initiatives, while ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, brand principals, retail partners, and external vendors.

Job Description

  • Strategize and lead all trade marketing initiatives, aligning brand objectives with commercial goals across retail environments
  • Develop and execute retail marketing calendars and customized activation plans in coordination with brand principals and retail partners
  • Oversee in-store visibility and visual merchandising strategies, ensuring brand consistency and premium execution across all POS touchpoints
  • Lead seasonal and tactical campaigns, including product launches and promotional initiatives, from concept to implementation
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor POS execution, identify opportunities, and support field teams in optimizing brand presence
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop and implement permanent visibility solutions that reinforce brand identity
  • Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI on all activations
  • Lead relationships with agencies, suppliers, and vendors, overseeing the production, logistics, and installation of marketing materials
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance, shopper behavior, and category trends to optimize future trade plans
  • Own the end-to-end process for POS material warehousing, inventory control, and distribution
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the Sales Director and commercial team for various sales and marketing projects

profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • 5–7 years’ experience in Trade Marketing or Retail Marketing, preferably within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG industries
  • Proven ability to drive in-store engagement and deliver commercial impact through marketing initiatives
  • Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer/shopper behavior
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint essential)
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and project management skills
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and brand aesthetics
  • UAE driving license preferred (travel within the region is required)
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory
