Senior Executive - Marketplace

THe job

 The Marketplace Executive will support the day-to-day management of Rivoli Group’s brands across leading online marketplaces. The role focuses on product listing, content updates, order tracking, CPC, and performance reporting, ensuring our brands are well represented and sales opportunities are maximized.

Job Description

Product Listings & Content Management

 

  • Upload and maintain accurate product information, pricing, images, and stock levels across marketplaces
  • Ensure all listings follow marketplace requirements and brand guidelines
  • Support creation and updates of enhanced content (A+ content, product descriptions, banners)

Operational Support

  • Process orders, returns, and cancellations to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for timely delivery and inventory availability
  • Work with customer service to resolve customer queries or escalations related to marketplace orders
  • Follow-up on payments from vendors and ensure all receivables are paid on time

Promotions & Campaigns

  • Assist in setting up marketplace promotions, deals, and campaigns
  • Maximize ad ROAS
  • Coordinate with internal brand teams on pricing approvals and campaign participation
  • Track campaign performance and share learnings for future activities

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly sales and performance reports for each marketplace
  • Monitor traffic, conversions, and rankings to identify areas for improvement
  • Keep track of competitor listings, pricing, and promotions

Coordination & Support

  • Act as a point of contact with marketplace account managers for day-to-day activities like order & P.O processing
  • Work closely with digital marketing, brand, and operations teams to align efforts

profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Noon Seller Lab, or similar platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel and comfort working with sales/performance reports
  • Ability to multitask and work across multiple brands
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands preferably in watches and Jewlery categories 
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/keywords for product listings
  • Exposure to marketplace ad tools (Amazon Ads, Noon Ads) is an advantage
