OMEGA Unveils the 4th Gen Planet Ocean
From the Marine of 1932 to Seamaster icons of the 50s, 60s and 80s, OMEGA’s dive heritage shaped generations of ocean explorers. The Planet Ocean line continued this legacy in 2005, pairing historic DNA with modern engineering. The 4th Gen honours that journey, echoing decades of innovation while refining the slim 42 mm profile and varnished Arabic numerals, reaffirming OMEGA’s mastery in diving watches.
The 4th Gen Planet Ocean reflects a complete aesthetic and technical evolution. Its sharper case, integrated bracelet, titanium inner ring and vivid ceramic bezels were inspired by Seamaster models from the 80s and 90s. Powered by Master Chronometer Calibre 8912, each watch delivers precision, magnetic-resistance and 600 m water-resistance, merging refined craftsmanship with deep-sea capability.
Glen Powell and Aaron Taylor-Johnson leads the Planet Ocean campaign, embodying the energy that defines the collection. Wearing the signature orange and blue models, they channell cinematic intensity, adventure and charisma tied to OMEGA’s ocean spirit. Their presence reflected the collection’s bold character and sophistication, inviting wearers to embrace the Seamaster’s versatility and enduring spirit.
